A small and growing taiji club committed to practicing Chinese internal martial arts. Curriculum includes Yang Cheng Fu's 108 posture long form, Guang Ping Yang taiji, Hebei hsing yi chuan, I chuan, push hands, weapons & dalu. Evening & morning classes available. Friendly, relaxed environment, make friends, get fit & healthy & have fun. Morning and evening classes are held at the Centennial park event shelter.
